I’m sure we’ve met before (didn’t I see you in the checkout line at Target last week?) but just in case we haven’t, you can recognize me by my crazy blonde hair and fiery passion for people. That’s what this job is all about, after all. So I hope you like meeting up for coffee, chatting about your kids’ bedtime routine and getting texts with true crime podcast recommendations, because that’s what is coming your way when we work together!

I’m so excited you reached out! Let’s start things off by meeting up for coffee, or at a house showing. We’ll chat about your job, pets, hobbies… anything that will help me understand the lifestyle you want in your new home. I’ll explain the home-buying process, starting with pre-approval through a good lender, so you know exactly what to expect.
2.
You’ve made your list (of must-haves, deal-breakers, budget and timeline) and I’ll check it twice before working my magic and finding homes that meet all your criteria. I’ll send you listings as we find them and start coordinating showings right away.
3.
Let’s see some houses! I’ll arrive at the home tours with my homework done so you can get educated answers to your questions. As we walk through, I’ll also use my seasoned eye to point out potential issues or awesome benefits and help you see the bigger picture.
4.
You’ve found the one. Swoon! I’ll do everything I can to get it under contract for you, and continue advising you on all the steps of home-buying through to closing (cue the angelic music!). Offers, contracts, escrow monies, inspection, etc. — these parts of the process can be stressful, but I’ll do my best to make it easy and stress-free. This is serious, life-changing stuff, but also such a fun and exciting time, and I’ll try to help you remember that!
